This is an exciting opportunity to gain insight into Children’s Speech and Language Therapy in Lincolnshire.
Our team consists of Speech and Language Therapists (SLTs), Assistant Practitioners (APs) and Speech and Language Therapy Assistants (SLTAs). We work at various locations across the community, including children's centres/Family Hubs, community clinics, mainstream schools, special schools, and patients' homes.
Students applying should be considering studying SLT at the University.
Students will observe members of the SLT team interacting with children/young people, their parents and carers and educational support staff. Depending on their practice educator, they may observe assessment and/or intervention sessions for children/young people aged 0-19 years old.
