The healthcare workforce is a major employer in the UK, made up of the NHS, adult social care and independent health care providers.
Across England, NHS and social care orgnisations have been encouraged to work together more closely to deliver more effective, joined-up and affordable services. The country has been divided into 44 ‘Sustainability and Transformation Parnerships’ or ‘STP’ areas by the national organisation, NHS England.
The Talent Academy works with a wide range of STPs and their respective organisations, supporting a collaborative approach to improve access to a wide range of careers and employability services.
