Grantham IAPT Service provides talking therapies to people experiencing anxiety and depression. We would like to recruit an apprentice to join our efficient, effective administration staff who support our busy mental health team.

This is an ideal opportunity to combine work with on the job training, gaining experience within the workplace whilst undertaking a formal qualification – NVQ II or III in Business Administration (dependent upon experience)

The successful candidate will need to be keen to develop excellent communication skills when dealing with a wide range of people including patients, staff, health care professionals and outside agencies.

_______

In October 2007 Lincolnshire Partnership became the first NHS mental health organisation to become a foundation trust in the East Midlands. We operate from 56 sites providing services in Lincolnshire & North East Lincolnshire, employing around 2000 staff.

In a recent CQC inspection we were awarded: Overall rating GOOD

Our work is increasingly community based and we provide people with a wide variety of mental health, learning disability and social care services in close partnership with colleagues in local councils, GPs, charitable and voluntary organisations, as well as regularly working with services users, carers and their representatives.

Duties will include processing referrals, making appointments, data inputting, filing, photocopying and other general office duties to include providing a reception service.

Having good IT skills with experience of using Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Word, is essential. Candidates will be expected to have gained GCSE Maths and English grade C (or 2) and above.

The hours of duty are currently 37.5 hours per week, covering the hours between 8am – 8pm, including at least one shift until 8pm. There may also be an expectation of weekend working in the future.

In return, you will be offered training and development opportunities, supervision and family friendly policies.
