The role will support the Workforce Information Analysts in the provision of workforce information and the development of workforce information systems. This will involve the manipulation and analysis of data with appropriate tools to produce reports and graphical representations. If you are interested in numbers and are naturally inquisitive with a desire to produce data, then this is a role for you!
.
We are looking for someone who is keen to learn and already possesses proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. You should have good communication skills, both written and verbal, and organisational skills to be able to complete tasks to strict deadlines.
.
You will also gain insight into how Workforce Analysts support the services and will also provide occasional support to the recruitment team, to ensure that a high quality recruitment process is maintained and full reporting on the recruitment process is understood.

We will train, support and guide you along the way, whilst you undertake the level 3 Infrastructure Technician apprenticeship. You will develop new skills and knowledge whilst working within an established team, gaining valuable work experience as well as a recognised apprenticeship qualification. You will also have access to a full range of personal and career development courses through our Learning & Development Centre.
