An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Apprentice Administrator in a small but busy team. The successful applicant will gain a good understanding of the legal functions and duties of both the Mental Health Act and Mental Capacity Act.
.
The role will involve assisting in the co-ordination of Approved Mental Health professionals and Best Interest Assessors as well as ensuring that records are produced and maintained for these very important functions.
A helpful and courteous telephone manner will be required along with the ability to input and retrieve information from relevant electronic recording systems. There will be an opportunity to achieve a wealth of experience in relation to the work of statutory mental health services and a busy office environment.

The successful candidates will be committed to work towards a level 2 Diploma in Business and Administration. In addition to the formal education, each Apprentice will be supported with monthly masterclasses, networking opportunities, regular pastoral support with the Apprentice Co-ordinator and day to day support from their local manager/supervisor.
