- Overview of Digital /Trust computer rooms, server rooms
- Visit the Digital service desk, shadow a service desk analyst and understand how the calls received are allocated for processing
- Overview of digital operations and digital procurement.
- Shadowing 2nd line engineers whilst carrying out calls across the Trust
- Understanding the importance of information governance and data security
- Shadowing computer, mobile devices, workstation of wheel builds
- Completion of a mini project.
